Policies

Billing

We bill on the 1st-5th of every month. Please notify us before the 1st if you wish to pause/drop an enrollment. You have until the 15th to adjust enrollment status. After the 15th there are no adjustments of tuition.

Makeups

You have 30 days from the date of your missed class. Your account will be credited with one make up token through the customer portal. After 30 days, the token expires.

Holiday/ Weather Closings

You have one month after a holiday or weather closing to make up a class. EXAMPLE: If we are closed for a snow day in January, you have until the end of February to get that class in, regardless of enrollment status.
