Policies

Billing 

Our Sessions are automatic and rolling. You will be automatically enrolled in the next session until such time as you cancel. We bill on the first day of the new Session.  Please notify us BEFORE the first day of the new session. If you wish to pause/drop an enrollment, you have until the last day of the current session to cancel. Once a new session begins, there are no adjustments of tuition.

Makeups

You have 30 days from the date of your missed class. Your account will be credited with one make up token through the customer portal. After 30 days, the token expires.

Holiday/ Weather Closings

You have one month after a holiday or weather closing to make up a class. EXAMPLE:  If we are closed for a snow day in January, you have until the end of February to get that class in, regardless of enrollment status.
